📦 Return Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item from Qutoof Mart, you may request a return subject to the conditions outlined below. To qualify for a return or refund, the product must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in its original packaging with all labels, accessories, and included materials. Return requests must be reported on the same day the order is delivered.

❌ Grocery, chilled, frozen, fresh, bakery, meat, seafood, dairy, or other perishable products unless delivered damaged or incorrectly

❌ Products with missing labels, missing accessories, or damaged packaging

❌ Products with removed or tampered serial numbers

❌ Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items unless faulty or incorrect

⚠️ Important Return Notes

✅ Customers may be requested to provide photos or videos of damaged, defective, or incorrect products together with the order number.

✅ Qutoof Mart support may provide upload instructions or secure submission links where required.

✅ Customers must notify customer support or hotline services on the same day of delivery regarding damaged or incorrect items.

✅ Returned products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during collection or transportation.

💳 Refund Policy

Once returned items are received and inspected by Qutoof Mart, customers will be notified regarding refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period depending on bank, card issuer, or payment gateway processing timelines.

💰 Card Payment Transaction Charges

Card payment processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways may not be refundable after successful transaction completion.

✅ Debit Card / NAPS transaction fee: 1 QAR + 1.50%

✅ Credit Card Visa / MasterCard transaction fee: 2.25%

✅ If payment gateway charges were paid separately, only the product amount may be refundable.

✅ Applicable transaction charges may be deducted from refund amounts where necessary.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

✅ Please first recheck your bank account or payment statement.

✅ Contact your credit card provider because refunds may require additional posting time.

✅ Contact your bank since refund processing timelines may vary depending on the financial institution.

🏷️ Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, discounted offers, clearance events, bundle offers, or special pricing campaigns are generally non-refundable unless the item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
