Do you have a physical store?
Yes. Qutoof Group Trading is a licensed company approved by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry in Qatar. Our physical location is in Gharrafat Al Rayyan Street 212, Zone 51, Building 121, Qatar – 15394.
When can I contact customer support?
Our customer support team is available seven days a week. You can contact us through phone, WhatsApp, or email.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order through your account dashboard, email notifications, or the Track My Order page on our website. Mobile app users can also check their order status directly from the order list section.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
Once your purchase is completed, you will immediately receive confirmation through email, WhatsApp, or directly from one of our customer support representatives.
Can I request a copy of the invoice?
Yes. You can receive your invoice by email or together with your order upon delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they reach Processing, On The Way, or Completed status. For additional support, please contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We carefully inspect all products before delivery. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Are your products fresh?
Yes. We prioritize freshness and quality in all categories including fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, meat, poultry, and seafood products.

What payment methods are available?
Customers can pay using Cash on Delivery or securely online through Visa and MasterCard payment options.

Who delivers the orders?
Deliveries are handled by our own delivery team to ensure quality service, proper handling, and fast delivery times.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation, depending on the delivery location and product availability.
Are there shipping or customs charges?
Since we are a local Qatar-based business, there are no customs charges. Standard delivery charges may apply within Doha, while additional fees may apply for locations outside Doha city.
